Fee Reductions

Conference participants can reduce their conference expenses in two primary ways.

CAID Membership

Conference registration fees are significantly reduced for CAID members. You can register at the reduced rate if you become a new member or renew your CAID membership at the time of registration.

Staying at the Peppermill

Your conference planners have negotiated a outstanding rate for Peppermill guest rooms ($89/room, single/double & $10 each additional person up to 4). Peppermill rooms are very nice and very conveniently located to the conference facilities. (see Peppermill Hotel link for images of facilities.)

Many people do not know that the fees for conference meeting space is dependent on meeting a room quota. Therefore we have provided an incentive for conference participants to register at a reduced rate if they stay at the Peppermill. Please help CAID while enjoying the convenience of proximity to conference activities… and stay with us at the Peppermill.
