(1) The CAID Member rate is available to all current CAID members; your membership must be valid through July 1, 2011. To renew or become a new CAID Member, complete the CAID Membership form.

(2) Be a Member and Save:
To become a CAID member, this is a special rate for people who are attending the conference which will be $25.00 for one year. After that, it will be a normal $55 rate.
Complete the CAID Membership form,

(3) Need a signature (Student Verification form) from your academic advisor to be attached to the registration and membership forms.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund up until April 1, 2011
Half of Payment refund April 2nd thru May 15, 2011
No Refund after May 16, 2011

This includes refunds for Banquet and Special Events that are not included in the Registration fee.
