Sponsors & Exhibitors

Dear Colleagues, Community Leaders, and Business Partners,

We are seeking sponsorships for the 2009 Council of American Instructors of the Deaf (CAID) National Conference which will be held from June 22-26, 2009, at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. This year’s theme is “Educating Diverse Students: Language, Culture, & Learning.”

This conference will provide educators and families who work with deaf children an opportunity to learn more about current issues in the field of deafness. We hope to welcome 500 teachers, school administrators, speech therapists, audiologists, parents, and family members of deaf children to D.C. for this event. It would be our privilege for you to join us in sharing current trends in education, technology, and communication for school and the home; innovations in medicine; and related products and services with our participants. Sponsorship

There are four levels of sponsorship (see conference website for details). Each level includes:
    • booth space in our exhibit hall
    • an advertisement in the program book
    • the company logo or name listed on the CAID website
    • conference badges

The most prominent places in the exhibit hall have been reserved for our major sponsors who donate $10,000 or more. Those sponsors will also receive a banner ad on the front page of the conference website.

Exhibitors

For a fee of $600 for three full days, exhibitors will receive:
    • a booth space in the exhibit hall
    • a 4 x 8 ft. table and two chairs
    • a program book
    • a link to their website at the bottom of the CAID home page

Business Advertisers

If you are interested in placing an ad for your business in our conference program book, pricing details can be found under the Ads tab on the conference website. Rates range from $100 to $400. Ads may be color or black/white and formatted for a quarter page, half page, or full page.
