Special Rates

  • (1) CAID Members
    The CAID Member rate is available to all current CAID members; your membership must be valid through July 1, 2009. To renew or become a new CAID Member (now for only$30), complete the CAID Membership form. Visit the CAID Membership page for more information.
  • (2) Presenters
    Presenters who are also CAID members may register at the rate of $250 at any time.
  • (3) State Organization Members
    This year we are offering an additional incentive to individuals who are members of state organizations (e.g., CAL-ED) where the focus is teaching deaf students.  To receive this special rate, please complete and return the verification form.  [Add link here soon.]
  • (4) Full-Time Students
    A student rate of $75 for a full registration and FREE one year membership in CAID. This is available to full-time students who show proof of enrollment at the time of registration. Please provide your student ID number and school name. More information can be found at Students page .  To receive this special rate, please complete and return the Student Verification form

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up until March 1, 2009
Half of payment refund from March 2 to May 15, 2009
No refunds after May 15, 2009

Registration Confirmation

For all registrants providing e-mail addresses, final confirmations will be sent via e-mail.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the conference site on the Gallaudet University campus is not provided. We recommend using ground transportation of your choice from Dulles International, Reagan National or Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airports.

Hotel Reservations

Overnight accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee and the conference attendee is responsible for making their own arrangements.  Please see Hotels for information on how to reserve a hotel room.
